SERVICE MANAGER

We are seeking a SERVICE MANAGER to be primarily responsible for managing customer service orders.

Duties include:

• Receiving service requests from customer.

• Creating service orders.

• Dispatching and creating a P.O. to subcontractors.

• Manages service tracking through enterprise system (NetSuite).

• Manage subcontractors to complete job on time and within NTE (Not To Exceed) limits set by customer.

• Keeps customers informed of job status.

• Responds promptly to customer needs and requests for service and assistance.

• Reviews subcontractor invoices for payment.

REQUIREMENTS

• HS/GED required. Associate's degree or technical school certificate preferred.

• 3-5 years service experience required.

• Sign industry or electrical service experience required. Experience with EMDs a plus.

• Knowledge of database, spreadsheet, and word processing software required.

• Exceptional organizational skills required.

• Excellent communication skills and customer service skills required.

• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
