Must be able to work various shifts per week and be available nights and weekends.

•     Must have 1 or more years experience.
•     Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
•     Be authorized to work in the United States.
•     Must have reliable transportation.

As a Shift Leader, your duties will include:

•     Oversee and assist team members in all restaurant operations.
•     Provide fast, friendly and accurate service to guests.
•     Communicate expectations to team members holding them accountable to company standards.
•     Ensure that health and safety standards and regulations are followed.
•     Train, develop and direct staff on cleaning the restaurant to maintain sanitation standards.
•     Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
